For over a decade, a2z has contributed to the growth of numerous leading trade shows by providing smart tools to streamline operations, automate processes, increase sales, and expedite cash flows. The newest version of our Exposition and Conference Management Platform, launched earlier this month, includes enhancements that will bring a paradigm shift in the way business is conducted in the exhibition industry.

The new Exhibit Sales and Online Contract Management Module will facilitate accelerated booking of exhibit space and upgrades. It can also be easily configured for a variety of booth sales models to match different business processes and facilitate variable pricing. We hope that the enhancements in the Version 12 release will make selling booth sales and add-ons easier for event managers everywhere.

We have leveraged the latest technological innovations on the .NET framework and improved the graphical user interface to significantly enhance the user experience in Version 12.

Along with the innovations in the Exhibit Sales and Online Contract Management Module, we have introduced richer content and multiple views on both the Exhibitor List and Session Calendar screens.

Prior to the launch, we shared the beta version of this release with some clients and garnered encouraging feedback. Bill McGlade, Exhibit Sales & Services Manager at International Sign Association had this feedback for the Exhibit Sales and Online Contract Management Module, “This makes it [our process] a lot easier.”

The Exposition and Conference Management Platform is not the only part of the a2z solution to experience improvements. With the release of ChirpE 4.0, included in a2z’s ChirpE Premium, a wider array of coveted features and functionality have been added to our native mobile apps:

  1. Personalized walking map is available on the native mobile apps
  2. A compiled video gallery of exhibitors’ uploaded videos
  3. Auto-sync that gives users new information when they open the app
  4. Push notifications to alert your app users to news and announcements
  5. Integration of mobile device calendar with personalized app itineraries
  6. iCloud support to automatically sync your devices based on your Apple ID

The Institute of Food Technologists® Tastes Success with ChirpE Attendee Acquisition Widget

Tracy Garcia was concerned about attendance numbers after the show’s eight-year absence from the Las Vegas. She was interested in a solution that would amplify the show’s existing attendance promotion efforts and make it easy for exhibitors to participate.

Garcia selected the ChirpE attendee acquisition widget - promoted to exhibitors as the eBooth Promotion Widget - for the 2012 expo. It extended the show brand beyond IFT’s website and provided show management with reports on the number of click-throughs to the show website, views of exhibitor eBooths and visits to the registration page.
