COLUMBIA, Maryland (January 10, 2011) - a2z, Inc., an event marketing and management software solution provider, has launched a new module for attendee acquisition that is an easy way for trade show organizers to build a promotional audience and attract new attendees with a branded exhibitor tool.
The ChirpE attendee acquisition widget is a simple, plug-and-play component that enables exhibitors to promote their participation at your event from their own websites, quickly and easily. It is branded for each event and appears as a simple snippet of dynamically generated code.
The widget is the latest addition to a2z’s interactive offerings. Viewers of the widget can add the exhibitor to their personalized expo plan without leaving the exhibitor’s website. Plus the registration button invites them to quickly register for your event with the click of a button. Show organizers also get easy access to detailed reports that track the widget usage.
