New Lead Management System Shortens the Sales Cycle
Columbia, MD - Today a2z, Inc. introduced a web-based lead management system as a new feature of a2zShow™, a comprehensive solution for administering and marketing events online. They system allows exhibitors to generate and capture leads, as well as pursue every lead. In addition, it is the first system that gives the attendee the option of initiating the follow-up with an exhibitor. The Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP) will be the first association to use a2z's online lead management system at their annual conference, Financial Service Forum 2001, online at http://www.societyforum.com , to be held April 1-3.
"a2zShow's lead management system significantly shortens the sales cycle," said SFSP's Assistant Vice President of Marketing Services, Alan Giancaterino. "The show used to be the introduction between the buyer and seller. Now, with a2zShow, the show becomes the closure."
According to CEIR research, nearly 80% of leads generated at trade shows are lost due to lack of exhibitor follow-up.
"a2z wanted to create a solution to enable exhibitors to generate leads twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, year-round," said Rajiv Jain, president and CEO of a2z, Inc. "Moreover, we wanted to create a solution that simplifies the process of sorting leads and distributing them among the sales team to ensure a 100% follow-up rate."
