Our last #a2zusergroup Tweet Chat (November) was very spirited and fun! We discussed attendee acquisition strategies and had a lot of great ideas shared. The group discussed using social media as a part of promotion, but realizing it is not the silver bullet to getting folks signed up, but a good relationship builder. Another key idea shared was how, “small is the new big,” meaning exclusivity is critical for VIPs and returning or regular attendees. The chat also covered involvement of speakers and exhibitors in event promotion and the importance of their role.
