We are equally pleased to share that MyWOCN, powered by a2z’s Networking & Lead Management platform, witnessed noteworthy usage by event participants.

74% of the registered attendees logged into their portal to search for exhibitors, connect with them and build their personalized plans.

Exhibitors, especially those with completed and upgraded listings, experienced significant traffic to their eBooths.

The event participants' high ROI from a2z powered solutions is also evident from the analysis of the ChirpE Mobile App deployment for the event (which we shared with you in the last month's newsletter).

With  742 iOS and 187 Android app downloads, as well as 105 unique users visiting the WOCN ChirpE mobile website, the solution proved to be a big hit with a majority of the nurses and exhibitors at the event!

AUVSI experiences great success with ChirpE Attendee Acquisition Widget and Mobile App

AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems 2013 conference utilized the ChirpE Attendee Acquisition Widget and the ChirpE Mobile Solution. The Attendee Acquisition Widget allowed exhibitors to promote their booths to their website visitors and gain pre-show leads. The Mobile Solution enabled attendees to have real-time access to the exhibitor list, interactive floor plan, session schedule, and networking tools while on the go.

The mobile app was used by a total of 2,845 users and the attendee acquisition widget was viewed 115K times on participating exhibitors' websites.

How to Engage Your Audience to Engage Theirs

Angela Carr, VP of Professional Services, a2z, Inc. and Tracy Garcia, Director of Exhibits, Institute of Food Technologies recently co-presented a session on “How to Engage your Audience to Engage Theirs”  at the IAEE Midyear Meeting in Atlanta, GA.

The presentation cited relevant research and communication tools that expo managers can use to guide their exhibitors to enhance their presence before, during and after the event. It also includes useful tops on how to encourage exhibitors to advertise their event participation to their own audiences pre-show to have a better trade show experience.
