ABOUT NETWORK EVENTS:
Network Events is an event management firm specializing in the production of consumer events for television stations. NEI manages over 15 shows per year all over the country with a geographically dispersed sales team.
CHALLENGE:
With a geographically distributed show management team of twelve, Network Events determined they needed a floor plan management system that would permit them to work collaboratively with each other, their exhibitors, and clients in order to effectively and efficiently manage a large number of shows.
SOLUTION:
a2z allows the Network Events staff to work anywhere, creating a higher level of efficiency for each manager. The Internet-based system allows for a high-level of collaboration but is engineered so each show manager controls only their events through the administrative site.
