Essential Duties/Requirements for this job:
- Strong background developing Web based application leveraging the .NET Framework
- Contribute to the architecture and design of Web based applications and systems and also develop the same
- Maintenance of our .NET product on a daily basis
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and also help find the right solution for any given requirement
Specific Technical skills needed
- Strong background in Object Oriented development methodologies
- Experience with web development and database programming using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server 2005
- 2+ years experience designing and developing enterprise level Web applications using HTML, DHTML, ASP.NET, VB.NET, AJAX 1.0, Visual Studio and SQL Server 2005
- Experience in XML, XSLT, XPATH
- Experience with Sql Server 2005
- Experience with Silverlight
General Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in related field
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
- First level of client communications for training, responding to “how-to” questions and general support requests.
- Serve as project manager from the kick-off to the long term maintenance phases.
- Set up, configure and test all aspects of software system for client to use.
- Engage the client in best practices for using the software as well as show management business processes.
- Test new product releases.
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date product knowledge.

General Qualifications:
- Computer-related University degree and 1-2 years work experience preferred. Candidates with other degrees and/or less experience but exceptional skills will be considered, however a cover letter explaining why you are interested in this position will be critical.
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and continuously.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have proven strong customer service skills.
- Experience with a2z software, or other tradeshow management software is preferred.
- Experience with web-based application software is preferred.
Technical Skill:
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.
- AutoCAD and Photoshop experience is preferred.
- Basic database technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows platforms, MAC OSX, networking and internet technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage assigned promotional efforts
- Seek out and evaluate new marketing opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming activities and relevant meetings
- Lead coordination of a2z participation in programs and events
- Maintain and update a2z’s marketing event expenditures
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns, database upkeep and systems
- Assist with a2z’s advertising, email, direct mail and marketing campaigns, and trade show programs
- Monitor progress and create reports of all marketing campaigns and efforts
- Read/skim Industry Publications and E-mail Lists, create Weekly News Updates
- Complete and submit applications for industry buyer guides/directories
- Submit applications for various industry awards and speaking opportunities
- Prepare monthly reports that documents the performance of all marketing activities and recommend future changes and activities
Technical Skills:
- Great familiarity with MS Office
- Understanding of HTML
- Prevous software as a service experience a plus
General Qualifications:
- Minimum B.S. degree
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of trade show industry and/or professional associations a plus
- Must exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and continuously
- Strong writing and communication skills
