a2z Inc. Launches a2zFloorPlan

a2z Inc., a provider of web-based software to the trade show industry, announced today the launch of its new product, a2zFloorPlan - a no-hassle online floor plan management tool. This aggressively priced product allows show organizers to publish and manage their interactive, real-time floor plan online for as low as $2,995. "The online floor plan has helped me streamline the booth assignment and confirmation processes. In addition, the online floor plan helps assure that there is no duplication in assignments," commented enthusiastic Heather Wegge, Director of Conventions & Meetings for the National Wood Flooring Association.
a2zFloorPlan’s management tools allow show managers to manage all aspects of the floor plan, including merge, split, assign and cancel booths from a trade show hall, and manage master exhibitor list. Its integration with AutoCAD® allows service contractors to receive all of the changes made online by the show organizer in their CAD file.
