a2z, Inc., Enlists McGrath as Director of Marketing

COLUMBIA, Maryland (August 26, 2010) - Today, a2z, Inc., a developer of online, event management and marketing software, announces that Lisa K. McGrath has joined the organization as director of marketing. A 19-year marketing veteran, McGrath will manage and lead all marketing efforts including event presence, social media, advertising, branding and public relations, as well as help expand the company’s marketing team..

McGrath comes to a2z from 3M Health Information Systems where she led the corporate 3M presence at the largest healthcare IT tradeshow, Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and provided marketing communications expertise to several businesses from the Silver Spring, Maryland office. Prior to 3M, McGrath spent her time in various marketing roles in manufacturing, professional services and publishing industries with such organizations as PerkinElmer, Ziff-Davis, and Phillips Business Information (Now Access Intelligence) where she has successfully launched and grown products, managed branding and re-branding processes, raised customer satisfaction metrics, increased market share and managed event presence.
