a2z, Inc. Earns MTO Tech Award

a2z, Inc., a developer of online, event management and marketing software has received recognition as the “Best in Event Management” at the MTO Tech awards presented at the MTO Summit.

Presented by Tarsus Advon, the division of Tarsus Group plc that manages the MTO Summit, a2z was recognized for its multiple offerings including the ChirpE platform for deploying information on any media, device or platform, new pricing structure that increases affordability and the free tool for managing event floor plans called FloorplanGenie.

ChirpE was designed specifically for use in a trade show environment with a built-in RSS- enabled buzz broadcasting feature and integrates with popular social networking sites. ChirpE gives users the opportunity to sync personalized agendas with event website profiles to stay current with schedule changes and important announcements in real time.

a2z also recently altered its pricing structure. The new flexible structure makes rich features like online booth reservations and payment systems, things previously only really used by the larger events, financially accessible to the small- to mid-sized events.

FloorplanGenie has been a tremendous success for a2z. FloorplanGenie publishes event floor plans to the web, in real-time, and streamlines the booth selection process for both exhibitors and show organizers. It is free to trade show organizers for up to three events per year for events 10,000 net square feet (or 3,000 net sq. m.) in size or larger.
