February was an exciting month for a2z and for many of our clients. Our congratulations to all the events that made it to Expo Magazine’s list of 25 fastest growing shows of 2011. We are thrilled to note that 40% of the top 25 and 50% of the top 10 fastest growing events are powered by a2z.

Last month, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) used their a2z system for on-site booth selection with great success. With the initiation of the electronic signatures in their process, things moved quickly for exhibitors and presented an easier process flow for exhibitors and HIMSS staff alike.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who attended the Webmaster Training – Level 1 on February 26. The lively participation and positive feedback from the attendees has motivated us to create more such learning opportunities for our users. The a2zUserGroup tweet chat on getting your users to adopt new tech tools too generated a lot of smart ideas and friendly banter. We look forward to many more such interactions with you in the coming months!

The on-site Booth Selection for the HIMSS13 Conference & Exhibition took place at the Sand-Venetian Convention Center in February. HIMSS utilized their newly deployed a2z system to automate and facilitate the booth selection and sales process.
