It has been a busy few months for the team. Many of our project managers have been on-site with clients for booth sales. We held our user group meetings in Chicago and DC. We have also had many other great meetings with clients, and I enjoyed my interactions in all of them. Your feedback is invaluable to me and the rest of the a2z team.

In case you were not with us at one of our recent user group meetings, we shared our goal: To make our clients ecstatic while helping you grow your show.

A step in that direction is the latest update to our native iPhone app which has some useful changes including a video gallery, enhanced visual cues on the floor plan, easier updates and more. A more detailed communication will be coming out soon, we just wanted to be sure you were aware that we are continuously improving our solutions.

On another note, the Marriott acquisition of the Gaylord brand had people buzzing. What do you think the next big move in the events industry will be?

This month we would like to recognize our client, National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), for their clean, detailed, concise exhibitor online reservation website.

As you can see on this page, they have laid out all the information that exhibitors will need to know to book space and have a productive experience at the conference.

Note that NAIS has variable exhibit pricing for premium booths, depending on the location of the booth and known traffic patterns.

Take a look at their login instructions and the language they have put in place. It makes it very easy for exhibitors to understand the process.
