National Automobile Dealers Association Expands Use of a2zShow Online Event Management

The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), has expanded its contract with a2zShow, an online, real-time conference and exhibit management system. The need for a more sophisticated tool to manage its largest event, the NADA Annual Convention and Exposition, as well as the annual convention and exposition of the American Truck Dealers, prompted the move.

With more than 400,000 net square feet of exhibit space and some 600 exhibitors, the NADA Annual Convention and Exposition features one of the largest tradeshows in the United States. "They need a comprehensive, real-time solution that affords them maximum flexibility to respond to changing exhibitor and attendee requirements," says a2z President Rajiv Jain.

NADA has been using a2zShow tools for floor plan and general exposition management since 2002. This year the system also will be used for comprehensive event management. In addition to event and conference marketing, NADA now will use the online system to manage all booth space applications and contracts, first round booth assignments, and exhibitor designated contractors. These tools will be available from a special web site custom created for NADA’s exhibitors and attendees.

Dramatically reduced transaction costs, faster transaction time, fewer errors, and relief of much of the administrative burden required by manual event management are just a few of the benefits of a2zShow, says Jain. "The net result is better, faster service to exhibitors and attendees, along with more staff time to focus on their needs."
